Recruiting and onboarding happen in TruckRight. The driver’s details come over to Fleet Manager, where dispatch and payroll use them.

  1. The driver is hired in TruckRight.
    Applications, onboarding paperwork and compliance files stay in TruckRight.
  2. Import the candidate.
    The Drivers board in Fleet Manager imports driver candidates from TruckRight, so nobody keys the profile by hand.
  3. The profile stays current.
    Passport, payroll and basic driver information update from TruckRight, and the driver profile shows when it last synced.
  4. Dispatch and payroll use it.
    The driver profile is in Fleet Manager for dispatch and payroll, without retyping the basics.

Yes. TruckRight updates the passport, payroll and basic driver information on the Fleet Manager driver profile, and the TruckRight tab on the profile shows the TruckRight ID, enrollment status and the date it last synced.

Can I see which drivers are enrolled in TruckRight?

Yes. The Drivers board in Fleet Manager shows whether each driver is enrolled in TruckRight and when the record was last updated.

Do I need a TruckRight account?

Yes. TruckRight is a separate product, and the integration connects your TruckRight account to Fleet Manager.
