Freight Assist is a web portal for your customers, your outside carriers and your salespeople. Customers look up a load’s status by order, probill or BOL number, then log in to view and download PODs and invoices. Carriers post arrival times and a POD signature to their contracts, and dispatch takes fewer check calls.

The status your dispatchers already keep on the order is what your customer sees in Freight Assist. Nobody types it twice.

Yes, when Quick Search is turned on for your site. Anyone with the order, probill, PO, pickup, delivery or BOL number can use Quick Search to see whether the load is picked up, in transit or delivered, with its shipment history. Order confirmation and pickup notification emails can carry a Track Shipment link that opens the same search.
Their own shipments, past and current, searchable by order, probill, PO or invoice number, shipper, consignee or BOL. Depending on the access you give each account, they see invoices, PODs and customs broker details and the last reported truck position, and they can export results to a CSV file.
Yes. A customer logs in with their Freight Assist account to view and download the PODs and invoices shared with it, so your office stops emailing paperwork on request. You choose which documents each account can see.
Yes. A carrier account sees the contracts assigned to that carrier and can enter arrival and departure times at pickup and delivery, a POD signature and messages. Dispatch reviews each update and accepts it into the contract in Fleet Manager or Logistics Manager.

Yes. A salesperson account sees the customers assigned to that salesperson, with the same search and order entry a customer gets.
