Jordan Lipson

Jordan Lipson is Chief Operating Officer of TransPlus, running onboarding, support, and the processes that determine whether software actually delivers what the demo promised.

He knows the customer's side of that equation personally. Jordan spent nearly 20 years as an entrepreneur, transforming a legacy apparel manufacturing business with modern technology, the same journey every fleet takes when it moves off paper and spreadsheets. He built it, ran it, and sold it to LMAG, a private equity group, then spent five years inside LMAG rebuilding processes across its portfolio of companies.

Jordan joined TransPlus in June 2021, with a mandate to build operations that scale without losing the personal service customers came for. The commitments TransPlus makes publicly are his to keep: onboarding in 30 to 90 days, and support answered by people who know trucking.

He is a builder of systems who came up as an owner, which means he designs every process by asking what it costs the customer, not what it saves the vendor.

Away from work, Jordan is busy with his two young daughters, and otherwise found in a hockey arena, on a baseball diamond, or on his electric skateboard.
