Dispatch, driver pay and invoicing for fleets that run their own trucks.
TransPlus's Fleet Manager software runs dispatch, load planning, driver pay and customer invoicing for asset-based carriers in one system, with IFTA reporting on the Enterprise plan. Fleets from a handful of trucks to several hundred use it on both sides of the border, in CAD or USD. Plans start at $350 a month, and every plan comes with 1:1 live technical support. Built in Canada since 1995.

Where every truck is, without a check call.
Truck positions come in from the ELD you already run, such as Samsara, Motive, ISAAC or Geotab. Fleet Manager is not a telematics tool; it connects to the one you have.

Plan loads, cut empty miles.
The planning tools show loads and trucks together, so dispatch can line up the next trip instead of sending a truck home empty.

Enter the load once.
Order entry, document imaging and driver paperwork live in one system, so nothing gets keyed twice.

Fleet management software that pays drivers and bills customers from the same load.
Fleet Manager runs driver payroll and customer invoicing in one place and posts both to the accounting package you already use. Montana Group of Companies cut daily invoicing from three hours to 30 minutes on it.

Yes. Fleet Manager integrates with Samsara, Motive, ISAAC, Geotab, PeopleNet, Omnitracs and Fleethunt, so truck positions come onto the trip board without a call to the driver. Telematics integration is included in every plan, from Lite at $350 per month. The full list of 58 integrations, across accounting, fuel cards, telematics and carrier onboarding, is on the integrations page.
Onboarding takes 30 to 90 days depending on fleet size and data migration, and most Fleet Manager customers are live within 60 days, with a named onboarding specialist. Your specialist guides your customer, driver and rate import with TransPlus templates and trains your team live on the software and the integrations you've purchased before go-live.
Fleets switching from Rose Rocket or Avaal have the onboarding fee waived through October 31, 2026.Fleet Manager starts at $350 per month for Lite, $500 for Standard and $650 for Enterprise; Logistics Manager starts at $500 per month. Yes. TransPlus is cloud-hosted; your team uses a small Windows client on office computers and the TransPlus Connect app on phones, and your data lives in the cloud.
Yes. TransPlus is built in Canada and run by carriers on both sides of the border. A fleet based in the United States is billed in US dollars, connects QuickBooks, Samsara, Motive or Geotab like any other fleet, and only adds the ACE and ACI e-Manifest module if it crosses. IFTA reporting (Enterprise plan) builds the quarterly report of jurisdiction miles and fuel; you file the return.
Customers, drivers and rates, through TransPlus templates, with the import guided by a person rather than a ticket queue. Order history is not part of the import, so keep an export from your old system and keep dispatching in it until the day you switch. Onboarding takes 30 to 90 days depending on fleet size and data migration, and most Fleet Manager customers are live within 60 days, with a named onboarding specialist.
Fleet Manager is TransPlus's TMS for asset-based carriers: dispatch, load and asset planning, driver pay and customer invoicing in one cloud platform, with IFTA reporting (Enterprise plan) and the TransPlus Connect driver app feeding documents and PODs straight to the trip record. It runs fleets from a handful of trucks to several hundred; Kriska runs 800 trucks on it. Plans start at $350 per month, billed quarterly.
A TMS runs the freight: orders, dispatch, invoicing and driver pay. Fleet management software runs the trucks: maintenance, telematics and compliance. Fleet Manager is a TMS for asset-based carriers. It is not a maintenance or telematics tool; it connects to the one you already have, such as Samsara, Motive, ISAAC or Geotab, so truck positions land on the trip board. The longer answer is in our guide to TMS versus fleet management software.
Dry van, reefer, tanker and oversize freight, and cross-border lanes in both directions. ASL Global Logistics runs 350 trucks with 300 reefers, 150 dry vans and 100 tankers on TransPlus. SM Freight runs temperature-sensitive loads, 80 percent of them crossing into the United States, and cut its invoicing cycle from two weeks to 48 hours. Montana Group of Companies hauls oversize loads with an 85-unit fleet. Each number is from that customer's own story.
Lite includes dispatch with track and trace, load and asset planning, telematics integration, order entry and management, document imaging, basic driver payroll, customer invoicing and accounting package integration, for up to 3 users. It is the starting point for smaller fleets at $350 per month, billed quarterly. The full tier comparison is on the pricing page.
1:1 live technical support on every plan, 7am to 6pm ET, Monday to Friday, with an emergency email address after hours. A 15-truck fleet is not triaged behind a 300-truck account. Support is 1-800-257-9548 or support@transplus.io, on every plan from Lite to Enterprise.
