Get a demo

A TransPlus demo is a personalized session, scheduled the same week you ask, with no commitment. We build it around your fleet: dispatch, invoicing, driver pay and IFTA reporting (Enterprise plan) on workflows that look like yours. Fill out the form and our team will confirm a time that works for you.

Common questions before you book.

We’re here to help with any questions about scheduling a demo.

Do we need to prepare anything?

No preparation required. It helps to know how many trucks and drivers you run, what you use for dispatch today, whether you file IFTA, whether you cross the border and which customers require EDI, so the demo lands on the plan and modules that fit.

How fast can we get a demo?

Demos are scheduled the same week you ask. Every demo is personalized to your operation and comes with no commitment. Fill in the form and the team will reach out to set a time, or call sales at 1-888-312-2647 (sales@transplus.io).

Is there any commitment?

No. The demo is free and there's no obligation. If you move ahead: Fleet Manager starts at $350 per month for Lite, $500 for Standard and $650 for Enterprise; Logistics Manager starts at $500 per month. Every plan is an annual contract billed quarterly, in CAD or USD depending on where your business operates. Driver-app seats, modules, EDI fees and the onboarding fee are quoted at the demo; every tier is public on our pricing page.

What happens after we sign?

Onboarding takes 30 to 90 days depending on fleet size and data migration, and most Fleet Manager customers are live within 60 days, with a named onboarding specialist and dispatch running the whole time. Your specialist guides your customer, driver and rate import with TransPlus templates. Once you're live: 1:1 technical support on every plan, 7am to 6pm ET, Monday to Friday, with an emergency line after hours.

What happens in a TransPlus demo?

Live software, not slides. We build a load the way you get them (a shipper's 204, an email or a phone call), dispatch it, send it to a driver's phone, bring the POD back, invoice it in CAD or USD and build the driver's settlement, on lanes that look like yours. Carriers see Fleet Manager; brokers see Logistics Manager. Ask to see the invoice run: Montana Group of Companies cut daily invoicing from 3 hours to 30 minutes on Fleet Manager.

What should we ask on the demo?

Six things. How many clicks from rate confirmation to a dispatched load. What the driver app does with no signal at the dock. What happens to the invoice and the pay when the rate changes after dispatch. Who answers at 7am: 1:1 technical support on every plan, 7am to 6pm ET, Monday to Friday, with an emergency line after hours. What comes over from your current system: customers, drivers and rates through TransPlus templates. Whether it runs on your office PCs: a small Windows client, drivers on the Connect app.
