Cloud-based TMS software
]

Enter the load once. Dispatch it, bill it, pay the driver.

TransPlus is cloud-based TMS software for trucking fleets and freight brokers. One load entry runs dispatch, the invoice and driver pay, in CAD or USD, with nothing keyed twice. Plans start at $350 a month. Built in Canada, serving carriers on both sides of the border since 1995. Rated 4.4/5 on Capterra from 56 reviews.

Built around how a back office runs.

Here is what fleets taught us about dispatch, driver pay and the border.

Customs paperwork from the load.

ACE and ACI e-manifests and PARS paperwork are built from the load you already dispatched, then sent to customs through our BorderConnect or GeTS integrations, so nothing is keyed twice.

One system, every division.

Run every division or subsidiary from one system, without entering the same order twice. Kriska Transportation Group runs 10 companies and 800 trucks this way.

Built for the cab, not just the office.

Drivers photograph the BOL, get the POD signed and message dispatch from the TransPlus Connect app. It lands on the load the moment it happens.

Easy to learn.

A load goes from order entry to invoice on one trip record, and your onboarding specialist trains your team live, 1:1, on the software and every integration you've purchased before go-live.

FAQ

Cloud-based TMS software: common questions.

Have another question?

Can drivers use a TMS from their phone for proof of delivery and load updates?

Yes. In the TransPlus Connect driver app the driver sees today's trip and its stops, photographs the BOL, gets the POD signed on the phone and messages dispatch. Each of those lands on the load in Fleet Manager. Driver-app seats are licensed per driver and quoted separately.

Does TransPlus do IFTA fuel-tax reporting?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. IFTA reporting (Enterprise plan) builds the quarterly report of jurisdiction miles and fuel from the trip miles and fuel purchases already in Fleet Manager, with distance coming in from telematics such as Samsara or ISAAC. TransPlus produces the IFTA report; it does not file the return. Lite and Standard do not include it, and it is not sold as an add-on.
Does TransPlus handle both CAD and USD?
Yes. You bill Canadian customers in Canadian dollars and US customers in US dollars from the same system, on the same invoice run. Revenue and costs stay in the currency they belong in, with no hand conversion and no second set of spreadsheets. Your TransPlus subscription is also billed in CAD or USD, depending on where your business operates.
How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding takes 30 to 90 days depending on fleet size and data migration, and most Fleet Manager customers are live within 60 days, with a named onboarding specialist. Your specialist guides the import of your customers, drivers, carriers, trucks and trailers with TransPlus templates and trains your team live on the software and the integrations you've purchased before go-live.

Fleets switching from Rose Rocket or Avaal have the onboarding fee waived through October 31, 2026.
How much does TransPlus TMS cost?

TransPlus Fleet Manager starts at $350 per month for Lite, $500 for Standard and $650 for Enterprise; Logistics Manager starts at $500 per month. Lite covers up to 3 users, Standard up to 6, and Enterprise has no user cap. Every plan is an annual contract billed quarterly, in CAD or USD depending on where your business operates. Quoted separately: TransPlus Connect driver-app seats, add-on modules such as EDI and ACE/ACI e-manifests, EDI setup, module and per-transaction fees, and the onboarding fee. IFTA reporting is included in the Enterprise plan only.

Is a TMS worth it for a small trucking company or owner-operator fleet?

Yes, for most fleets beyond 2 or 3 trucks, and sooner if invoices go out days after the POD or driver pay is built in a spreadsheet. Fleet Manager Lite is built for smaller carriers, covers up to 3 users and comes with the same 1:1 live technical support as every plan. Comparing vendors? The TMS buyer's guide lists the questions to ask on any demo. Lite starts at $350 per month, billed quarterly.

Is cloud TMS more secure than on-premise TMS?

With a cloud-hosted TMS like TransPlus, the vendor patches the software, access is set per user and your data is backed up, with no server in your office to secure yourself. With on-premise software, the hardware, the patching and the backups are your own staff's job.

What are the benefits of using a cloud TMS for my business?

No server in the office and nothing for you to patch. Your office PCs run a small Windows client, drivers run the Connect app, and your data is in the cloud and backed up. The board is the same from the office or from home, and when you add a division, you add users, not a second system.

What integrations are available?

TransPlus integrates with the tools you already run: 66 integrations across accounting, fuel cards, telematics, trailer tracking and carrier onboarding, including QuickBooks, Sage, Samsara, Motive, ISAAC and Geotab. Truck positions come in from your ELD, so dispatch sees every unit without calling the driver, and invoices and settlements pass to your accounting package without a second entry. EDI is set up and run by an in-house TransPlus team.

What is cloud-based TMS software?

Cloud-based TMS software is a transportation management system hosted by the vendor and reached over the internet, so there is no server to run in your office. TransPlus is cloud-hosted; your team uses a small Windows client on office computers and the TransPlus Connect app on phones, and your data lives in the cloud. Fleet Manager starts at $350 per month.

What support is included?

1:1 live technical support on every plan, 7am to 6pm ET, Monday to Friday, with emergency after-hours support. A 15-truck fleet is not triaged behind a 300-truck account. Support is 1-800-257-9548 or support@transplus.io, on every plan from Lite to Enterprise.
