I have been with TransPlus for 3 ½ years. I started in Customer Support and now I am a Content Specialist.
What is your favourite thing about working at TransPlus?
My favourite thing about working at TransPlus is being surrounded by creative, innovative problem solvers. I have never felt bored working at TransPlus – there’s always something new to learn and jobs that need to get done.
How has your career grown since starting at TransPlus?
I was hired on as a Customer Support Representative and spent three years learning about our product, as well as about our customers. I was given the opportunity to transition into a role where I can take what I’ve learned in Customer Support and also use my English degree to help take our existing wealth of knowledge and craft it into various kinds of content that can be used across all levels of the business. I feel valued for my skills and my ability to contribute and I look forward to seeing what my future holds at this company.
What is something interesting that people don't know about you?
Lately I’ve really been getting into baseball! There’s tons of weird statistics, convoluted rules, and interesting historical moments. It is endlessly entertaining and a perfect excuse to eat sunflower seeds.
