I have now been working at TransPlus for four years and I'm currently the Team Lead in the Development group.

What is your favourite thing about working at TransPlus?

What I have always loved about working at TransPlus is that the company gives you the freedom to be an impact player. As a developer you aren’t just tasked with completing requirements, you are also expected to bring your own ideas and input to help deliver a superior product. I also like bagel days.

How has your career grown since starting at TransPlus?

TransPlus has given me the opportunity to be exposed to many different technologies, software patterns, and architectures. There has also been a large emphasis on integrating with other companies’ technologies. In a world where everything is connected and everything talks to everything else, the experience that I have been given working on integrating with other companies has been invaluable.

What is something interesting that people don't know about you?

I have recently become an amazing creator of stories about garbage trucks – at least according to my two-year-old son.
